A Camden pickup is New Jersey. A Wilmington DE live load is Delaware. A South Philadelphia warehouse is Pennsylvania. Write the state. Then match the MC to L&I. Do not cover New Jersey miles on a PennDOT screenshot.
Packer Avenue and PhilaPort pulls still need interchange plus highway authority. A van MC with no interchange is the wrong cover for a same-day terminal window.

Mid-Atlantic van lanes are a common place for double-brokered MCs. Call the census telephone. If a second company answers, stop.
This is not Newark’s Port Elizabeth and not New York City. If the thread says “Philly local” and the pin is Elizabeth, you are on the Newark desk. Confirm the city before you paste questions.

Steel and machinery still need Subpart I securement. If the piece is over legal, PennDOT for Pennsylvania miles and Turnpike when that is the route. NYC or New Jersey deliveries add those local rules on top.

- No. Terminal access is not operating authority. Match the motor carrier on Licensing & Insurance first.
- Can one MC cover Philadelphia and Camden?
- Interstate authority can if the docket is Active and the name matches. The oversize permit cannot. New Jersey miles need NJDOT. Pennsylvania miles need PennDOT.
- If the pin is Elizabeth, is that the Philadelphia desk?
